There was a big water bug was on the ceiling, very freighting. The door frame must have gaps or needs to be sealed because there was noise all through the night coming from it. The downsides were a clogged tub so the drain was very slow. Security was called, but honestly it made no difference as it seemed as if security did not want to step in or did not feel confident to step in. However, the communication could’ve made all the difference in desecrating the situation in my opinion. Upon arrival a staff member was at the check in counter arguing with a customer (he was wrong). There’s a Ruth Chris on the ground level. Chose this hotel due to it having a parking garage and a balcony.
